The original large garden roof was designed and built in 2007. Mr Ross, along with the architect, had a specific idea of how this roof should look at the end of the project. There are 2 water run off points at the bottom of the roof which fall straight into the pond below. The smaller garden roof was designed and built in 2015 and had to match in with the original garden roof. Each roof has a 12 degree pitch, the architects preferred option of membrane was Alkorplan. All roofing work, soil and foliage was supplied and installed by Dyce roofing.
