The existing roof on this garage/utility room was a built up felt system which had failed due to deterioration. The existing roof was stripped off, new timber deck installed, insulation then Alkorplan single ply membrane. The client required natural daylight to come into the utility room and garage. We were delighted to supply and fix 4 sky lights evenly spread out over the length of the building. The client was amazed at how much natural daylight these provided.
